Bart Baumstark

Bart joined the O’Brien Law Firm in 2003. Before joining the O’Brien Law Firm, he worked as a criminal prosecutor in St. Louis City and later represented the interests of injured railroad workers and their families. Bart serves as the firm’s lead trial attorney and settlement negotiator in asbestos cases.

Jerry FitzGerald

Since joining O’Brien Law Firm in 2005, Jerry has dedicated his entire legal career to helping men, women and families affected by asbestos disease. With many relatives having worked in the construction trades and as the son of a Local #1 Insulator, Jerry has firsthand knowledge of the damage asbestos exposure can cause.

Chris Thoron

Born and raised in Central Illinois, Christopher received his Bachelor of Arts from Blackburn College in Carlinville, where he played varsity baseball and soccer and graduated as salutatorian. He later earned a certificate in Labor/Employment Law and his Juris Doctorate from the Saint Louis University School of Law in 1999.

Grant Boyd

Grant C. Boyd focuses his practice on representing victims of violent crime, sexual abuse victims, wrongful death claims, and other personal injury cases. Mr. Boyd has an established reputation of advocating aggressively and strongly on behalf of those who suffered an injury, survived abuse, or lost a loved one due to the negligent, careless or unlawful acts of others.

Adam Reynolds

Adam is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Truman State University and Washington University School of Law, where he also served on Law Review and received membership in the Order of the Coif. Adam joined O’Brien Law Firm in 2014 with the professional goal of seeking justice for clients whose personal health or loved ones’ lives have been needlessly endangered.

Tom Stewart

With a vast amount of experience in assisting with nationwide consumer class action litigation, medical negligence litigation, business litigation and product liability, Thomas brings many years of exceptional experience as a special consultant to the O’Brien Law Firm.

Andrew O’Brien

A native of Dublin, Ireland, Andrew graduated from University College Dublin Law School in 1986, and worked with the firm of Gaffney & Halligan for four years. Then, after moving to the United States and graduating from the Saint Louis University School of Law, Andrew founded the O’Brien Law Firm to commit all of his energy and resources to fighting to gain compensation for victims of asbestos diseases.
